Rules for return send
Returns must be presented to Pilot Trading within 30 days of purchase in the original packaging. Package the package carefully and send it back to Pilot Cycles. When possible store the proof of shipment, You are responsible for the package until it has arrived. It is the responsibility of the sender to pay the costs of shipping and to ensure that the product is not damaged during transport. If the products do not arrive properly, we can pass on any costs before we proceed to return the amount due. Any amount due will be paid as soon as possible to the rightful claimant within 30 days of receiving the product.
We will email you with the confirmation of receipt. If you live outside the EU, we can not refund the original shipping costs when you cancel the order. You can expect a refund of the amount within 30 days of our receipt of the product. If you have not received a confirmation email, please contact us.
Our deliveries are offered by all known delivery services.
We strive to send your products within 24 hours after receiving your payment. However, it is possible that a product is not in stock. In that case you will receive this timely and we will deliver the product no more than 10 working days after your payment has been received.
